Welcome back into the sunshine. I couldn’t agree more about the ☀️. These past couple of weeks with more light in the day has been a game changer. I can finally feel that hope and warmth that Spring brings. ❤️☀️🙋‍♀️🪴🌷🪴

I so resonate with everything you’re saying here. Write to process my endless thoughts .. love ❤️ it! I feel drawn to this platform, not sure why or even how to get started writing .. so I’m just trying to work it all out.

I'm one of those weirdos who want to hide out in my hibernation cave as long as possible. This transition from winter into spring is hard for me. I'm 69 now, and I haven't always been like this. I used to NEED to go somewhere warm come February or March. I don't know what happened, but I do understand why so many people love spring. I'm loosening my grip as the birds are so sweetly singing, and yes, that warm sunshine feels really good. I moved to New England in 2020 and soon Bug Season will be upon us and I will have a whole other reason for wishing fall/winter would return. They are monsters!

Oh I am excited to be on this journey with you. You were one of the first blogs (what do we call them on here???) I discovered when joining Substack and I love your writing! You always give me the push to continue to explore my own voice and keep at it, even tho I am deeply steeped in insecurity and doubt as I feel my way in the dark. Thanks for always showing up and sharing your thoughts with us!

This is excellent! I like the "write and find out" method the best. :) Enjoy the sunshine, spring and "new" you!

In saying you only dreamed of having your own magazine, I do feel you may have glossed over 'Mrs Scarf'?

But heartfelt joy on your new direction and looking forward to the sunlit uplands of the rest of this amazing year. Go you.
