Oh I love this! Thank you for putting these thoughts together & sharing. I’ll have to spend some time thinking back to 2015 & comparing to today. I will say, it feels a bit of a whirlwind between then & now, so it may take earnest concentration to remember back. It’s wonderful to hear you’re in such a good place with more on the horizon.
My current situation is eerily similar to 2009 *and* 2015. I don't know a thing about astrology -- only that my Cancerian soul melds perfectly with my husband and son (both Scorpio). I am in the process of completing an essay on magic and it finds me back in the mire of my 2009 cancer treatments; maybe I'm just feeling pangs of generalized nostalgia? I *do* know 2015 was a turning point and a complete transition for my small family -- while also being marred with health issues which would eventually result in the loss of my dad (also, cancer) in 2021. I know what you mean about Insta (I kind of hate that I sometimes use my grid as a time capsule). I'm rambling. I'll stop now. [...though, love your post.] ♡
Love it! Especially as an astrologer. And Chani practices the same astrology I do (whole sign system by rising sign is incredibly accurate). Tracing out the patterns of these Venus cycles can offer some stunning insights about the thematic refrains our lives.
Of course I sang it Jo! I love astrology, but find it a bit like doing maths at school I can only cope with so much before I get confused. I follow Yasmin Boland and use her moon diary, which is at the right level for me. When big years are referenced I can never actually remember what I was doing, but I do know that I've had a similar experience of wanting to do something a few years ago and it not working out, only for it to feel like the right time now. All in divine timing eh?

You made me think about this too, and while, for me, the return to 2015 was uncomfortable, there are definitely echoes.
